Ingredients
1. 1.5 Kg chicken bone-in
2. 150 grams of butter
3. 1 teaspoon coriander Powder
4. 2 teaspoon cumin powder
5. 2 teaspoon chilli powder
6. 2 Tablespoons Chat masala
7. 1 and ½ cup plain yogurt
8. 6 garlic cloves
9. 2 inches fresh ginger
10. 1 teaspoon salt
11. ¼ cup mint leaves
12. ¼ cup coriander leaves
Preparation
Marinade:
Add ½ cup yoghurt, 50 grams of butter, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon Chat masala, ½ teaspoon salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves to a blender and make a fine paste.
Method
Chicken:
ØCoat the chicken in the marinade, cover and chill for 6 to 8 hours.
Ø Put it on a skewer and cook it on the barbeque for 15 – 20 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked
Sauce:
ØMelt the butter over medium heat, add 1 cup yoghurt, 1 tablespoon chat Masala, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
Ø Cook for 2 minutes.
Ø Serve the chicken skewers over the butter sauce.
