Ingredients
1. 500 g watermelon
2. 1 small radish
3. 1 Lebanese cucumber
4. 180 g feta cheese (Optional)
5. 1 bunch of fresh mint
6. 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
7. ½ Teaspoon Cracked pepper
8. ½ Teaspoon salt
9. ½ teaspoon Sugar
10. 1 teaspoon Honey
11. 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
12. 3 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
Preparation
1. Cut the watermelon in 1 and ½ Inch Square
2. Thinly slice the cucumber length wise. I usually use potato peeler.
3. Mix the Olive oil, Pepper, salt, sugar, Honey & Lemon Juice in a bowl
Method
Ø Spread the yoghurt on a salad Plate
Ø Arrange the watermelon on top of the yoghurt
Ø Arrange the cucumber on the side
Ø Pour the mixture on top and add some mint leaves
